Tuna & Corn Noodles


• 4 x 85g packets instant noodles (discard flavour sachet)
• ½ cup tomato pasta sauce
• 2 x 125g canned sweet corn kernels, drained
• 220g canned tuna in water, drained & flaked

1) Place noodles in a bowl, cover with boiling water and set aside to stand for 2-4 minutes.
2) Place pasta sauce, sweet corn and tuna in a small saucepan and cook, stirring over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Drain noodles, add sauce and toss to combine.

Serves 4
