Berry Trifle

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g jelly crystals
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 cup low fat custard
  • 1 small low fat berry muffin, chopped
  • Small dollop light cream to serve – optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare jelly as per packet directions
  2. Pour into Sundae glasses (2 cup size)
  3. Top with berries
  4. Chill for 2 hours or until set
  5. Add muffin, top with custard, extra berries and a dollop of cream

 

Prep Time 10 mins     Refrigerate Time 2 Hours    Serves 2
