I was pretty skinny and my mates told me I had the body of a 12 year old girl.

I always go in the promos to win prizes.

What have you achieved so far and how has it changed your life?

I have put on 15kg on mostly muscle.

What advice would you give to others looking to start their health and fitness journey?

Train Hard, eat harder.

I was wanting to better myself and develop a much larger physique.

Roanne’s boot camp, find a star Christmas event.

What have you achieved so far and how has it changed your life?

I have gained around 5-10kg since high school and feel more confident in my appearance.

What advice would you give to others looking to start their health and fitness journey?

To start just come in and begin your journey into fitness. Health and Fitness does not come to you, you have to go out and grab it.

I participated in the Mens Health Week, Winterfest and also programs such as the weight & cardio program

I have achieved muscle strength and also toned up. This has changed my life by meeting new people and the additional improving health.

What advice would you give to others looking to start their health and fitness journey?

Although the idea of starting your health and fitness journey is easy, the first step is always daunting, but after you start the results will show.
